Eliza nods in understanding. "Well, um...I...I hope it's not too scary or anything, learning about your other lives. And...and I guess if you want you can talk to me about it if you learn more?"
"Well...maybe I'd do better in the classes where we were learning history," says Eliza with a bit of a smile. Although she is also giving the question more serious consideration. "I...I guess I'd try and figure out what they did wrong, and not do it again. Although...sometimes bad decisions can have good results too..."
Eliza nods, resting her chin on her own hand. "That sounds like a good idea," she agrees. "You have your own life to live now, after all."
"Oh? What are some of the dumbest things they did?"
Since all Eliza has is Luce's words to go on, she doesn't quite get the nuance there either. Although she giggles a bit at the first life's actions. "Just one potato? Or more?"
"Well," chuckles Eliza. "It's good that someone explained to him. And now you won't make the same mistake, right?"
An important piece of knowledge, indeed. Still, she chuckles a bit. "That's good. Do you like potatoes, too, still?"
Eliza smiles, although she looks curious. "Can you find a lot of them here?" she asks. If not, she might have to wish up some seeds for him, or whatever you use to grow potatoes.
"You could ask someone for help? I'm pretty sure our neighbors are adults." Eliza doesn't know how to bake stuff either, she'll admit. "But microwave food is fast, so that's good too, I bet!"
Eliza nods. "Yeah, I met her when she first arrived. She's pretty nice!"
"Aw, really?" Eliza looks happy. "When I first met her she didn't want to come out for a while, so I just talked to her a lot."
"Maybe? But I think it was also because she was really sad and didn't want to look at people at all for a while." Eliza can understand a bit of that mindset, even if it's mostly foreign to her.
Eliza looks over at the pile of plush toys as well, thinking about what they could make. A stuffed toy of some sort sounds nice, but she's not sure she could actually pull it off.
"That would be nice, I think! I don't really know how to bake or sew stuff though...maybe we could draw or fold something pretty for her?" Origami is nice, right? Maybe they can even find some design that looks like her.
