"One life watched a lot, and one life was hurt a lot so he wanted to hurt others, and the third life was very angry." Luce reached over to grab Bird and cuddle the plush. Lux, Luce and Luke, the three hims before him.
Eliza nods in understanding. "Well, um...I...I hope it's not too scary or anything, learning about your other lives. And...and I guess if you want you can talk to me about it if you learn more?"
"Well...maybe I'd do better in the classes where we were learning history," says Eliza with a bit of a smile. Although she is also giving the question more serious consideration. "I...I guess I'd try and figure out what they did wrong, and not do it again. Although...sometimes bad decisions can have good results too..."
"First me ate a potato raw." Which was just darn silly. "Second Me just stayed in a bad place and refused to leave even though he didn't like it." Luce didn't quite get the second life just couldn't leave. "And third me- well, I haven't seen him do anything dumb yet."
Since all Eliza has is Luce's words to go on, she doesn't quite get the nuance there either. Although she giggles a bit at the first life's actions. "Just one potato? Or more?"
Eliza smiles, although she looks curious. "Can you find a lot of them here?" she asks. If not, she might have to wish up some seeds for him, or whatever you use to grow potatoes.
"You could ask someone for help? I'm pretty sure our neighbors are adults." Eliza doesn't know how to bake stuff either, she'll admit. "But microwave food is fast, so that's good too, I bet!"
"Maybe? But I think it was also because she was really sad and didn't want to look at people at all for a while." Eliza can understand a bit of that mindset, even if it's mostly foreign to her.
"Thats sad, but she seemed happier when I saw her." Luce didn't understand that seeing children about made Toriel happy, he just knew she seemed happier.
"Maybe we should make her something and deliver it?"
Luce nodded as he turned to look at Armadillo who was now sniffing around Luce's pile of plush toys.
